Description of the product
Rocky sheet from nonewoven synthetic
material imbrued by synthetic resin. It is intended for
protection of the insulated surfaces pipe line by diameter
before 1420 mms:
a) in time of transportation and building-assembling
work;
b) in their underground laying in rocky and frozen
ground, as well as in mineral ground with admixture of wood,
pebbles, separate stone clods;
c) in a period of the usages from influence of rocky
ground in longitudinal and transverse moving the underground
pipe line;
d) when turning through railroad tracks, high-ways,
communications and others;
e) air transitions (through rivers, brooks, ravines and
others) in defensive cover;
f) undersea transition on area that packs the method of
the alloy or drawings;
g) at fabrication of thermo-firm belt for protection of
the insulating covering the pipe line in process of welding and
protection of the welding seam from quick cooling. |

To account such their own quality as
uninflammable, high biological and chemical stability,
simplicity and reduction of spending for montage, Rocky sheet
successfully displaces the accustomed means of protection, as
lining by wooden rod or conveyer belt. The Acknowledgement of
this can serve that in 2002 - the first year of the issue of
this product, we've been produced and sold out more than 80 000
m² of Rocky sheet on territory of Ukraine only. |

Rocky sheet is released by separate sheet
and its size depending on diameter of the pipe line. Its
delivered on object in flat type in compact tray that is
comfortable while its transportation. Its recommended to fasten
the Rocky sheet on insulated surfaces of the pipe to the
pipeline-base by truss, wire bind or polymeric tape with effort
that excludes the possibility of the offset of the sheet on
surfaces of the pipe on all stages of the work..
